Food Vendors

Cortland Arts & Wine Festival

10 am - 5 pm

Join Us in Courthouse Park

Set-up Time: 8 am to 11 am

 

Provided:

  • A suitable space in the open on Courthouse Park.  Spaces are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.

  • Some electric available. Let us know if you need electric in advance, and bring your own 200 ft heavy-duty cord.​

Security:

While the event will be patrolled, you are responsible for your own personal belongings.  Neither the Arts and Wine Festival nor the Cultural Council accept responsibility for lost or stolen property.

​

Trash:

A dumpster will be near the show.  You are responsible for cleanup of your area.

​

Food Court Hours: 11 am - 5 pm

Vendors must have your booths set up and attended at all times between 11 am and 5 pm.  Those leaving early may risk not being invited back next year. 

Registration Process

Vendor Fee: $50 before April 1

No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2020.

  • Apply by April 1st.  

  • Fill out the form below and click the “SUBMIT" button at bottom.

  • Pay applicable fee through Paypal link above, or mail a check to:

Festival Guide Requirements:

The festival will publish and distribute a free program with a listing of the food vendors. Additional advertising space is available in the program at a 10% discount to registered vendors. Contact us for details.

Required Licenses, Permits & Insurance:

  • A Cortland County Health Permit is required.  This is your responsibility to obtain.  The Cortland County Health Department's phone number is 607-753-5035, and the application can be found HERE.

 

  • A New York State Permission to Collect Sales and Use Tax Certificate is also required and must be on display at your booth.  We must have a copy of 
    this certificate by May 1.  You will not be allowed to set up without it.

 

  • We require insurance coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence of bodily injury and $500,000 per occurrence of property damage or a 
    $1,000,000 combined single limit.  The Certificate of Liability  should include "The Cultural Council of Cortland County, City of Cortland and Cortland County, along with their employees, officers, board members, volunteers as respects to the Cortland Arts and Wine Festival"  should be named as additionally insured.  A certificate indicating proof of coverage must be received from the food vendor by May 1.

Vendor Application

Submission of application gives permission to allow the reproduction of your images for publicity purposes. The undersigned hereby agrees to all terms and conditions in the prospectus and does hereby release the Cultural Council of Cortland County from liability for any damaged or stolen articles.

If applying online, receipt of payment serves in lieu of signature.
